Todd and his crew did a great job on our attic renovation. All the guys were professional — from framers to electricians to drywall to paint to HVAC to finish. We are very happy with the finished product, and the process was as painless as it could be. Todd was always responsive and available. Todd was able to bring in knowledgeable professionals who did quality work with an eye for detail. We had to move some beams around in the attic for support, and Todd was able to find the guys who had worked on the house originally. He has great contacts. Without a doubt the best contractor I have dealt with in my building process. I was brave/dumb enough to be my own general contractor, and Todd and his crew were available for the work that I contracted them for. They were always at the job site on time. This is very rare for a contractor, and the work was excellent. I was put behind schedule and received some very poor service from some of my other subs, and Todd was more than willing to repair some sub-par work and get me back on schedule whenever I needed him. Honestly, if I would have known then what I know now, he would have been my general contractor from start to finish no questions asked. I will not hesitate to call him again if I decide to go through the building process later on down the road. Great job, guys.

I cannot say enough good things about Todd and his guys. My wife and I completely renovated a 2,400-sq-ft, 100-year-old farmhouse from the ground up. When I started looking for someone to complete the insulation and sheetrock, I was referred to Todd from a friend who had just used him at his house. From day one, Todd was punctual and very professional, which is hard to find. As you can imagine, with a 100-year-old house, the walls were not perfectly square.
