Our Home Building Process
As a new home builder, we know how important it is to follow a standardized building process to ensure that no details get lost in the complexities of building a new home. When you work with us, here’s a general look at what the ensuing process will include:
- We will start things off by getting to know you. We want to know a little bit more about who you are and your family before we start recommending floor plans and design styles. At this point, we want to know what you envision for your new home, including special features, number of bedrooms, living space requirements, etc.
- After we have an idea of what you need and want in your home, we’ll put together a comprehensive blueprint. We will present this blueprint to you for you to review and oversee any edits you want to make to the overall floor plan.
- We will acquire all necessary permits and put together a construction schedule. Our teams will get to work according to schedule and move the building process forward.
- Once your home is built, we will have you come to the site for a final walkthrough. We want you to double-check the quality of our workmanship and our attention to detail.
